These classes and training sessions are offered at our location at 8302 W. 125th St. in Overland Park, Kansas, a 9,000-square-foot facility with a state-of-the-art weight room and indoor and outdoor turf fields.

Our programs are designed and directed by an advisory board of physicians, physical therapists, certified strength coaches, athletic trainers and exercise physiologists to help people improve their performance and fitness in a safe, effective manner.
