Urgent Care Video Visits

Urgent care services at The University of Kansas Health System provide direct access to care you know and trust. In addition to in-person visits at our urgent care locations, we offer urgent care video visits to provide you quick care and flexibility.

What are urgent care video visits?

Urgent care video visits are a type of telehealth appointment offered by The University of Kansas Health System. Video visits offer 2-way live communication between you and an urgent care provider. These video visits allow you to be seen quickly for most urgent, nonemergency needs. You can connect to these visits by computer, tablet or mobile phone using MyChart.

Who can use urgent care video visits?

To use urgent care video visits, the patient must be 6 months or older and in Kansas or Missouri at the time of consultation. You do not need to be an established patient at The University of Kansas Health System to use urgent care video visits.
